Tax Benefits for Donors

Donations of money or property can be fully deducted as expenses. However, the total must not exceed 2% of net profit when combined with other charitable expenses. Donations must be processed through the E-Donation system as specified in Section 65 (3) of the Revenue Code and Royal Decree No. 735 B.E. 2564.

- Conducting training and providing education on cultural lifestyles to reduce societal risks such as human trafficking and forced marriages.
3.Supporting Social Projects and Activities
- Developing curricula and implementing projects such as the “Nikah Guardian” initiative to enhance safety and fairness in marriage processes.
4.Managing and Supporting Organizational Infrastructure
- Allocating part of the donations to general operations, including team management, office expenses, and system development.
5.Assisting Vulnerable Groups in Society

- Donations exceeding THB 5,000,000/year: Monthly reports

4. Allocation of Donations
4.1 Resource Allocation
- 75%: Supporting projects such as social activities, program development, and assistance to vulnerable groups.
- 25%: Covering administrative costs such as office expenses, system development, volunteer support, and taxes.
4.2 Emergency Reserves
- A portion is reserved for unforeseen events or emergencies.
